CEO

Stuart Wolff founded NorthStar in 1993 and has strategically developed the company into one of Arizona’s premier property management firms.


Drawing upon his extensive background in real estate development and public accounting, Mr. Wolff provides the vision and financial acumen that drive NorthStar’s continued success. Under his leadership, the company has established a longstanding reputation for integrity, operational excellence, and superior performance on behalf of its clients.

Bekah Andreaccio

Regional Supervisor


Bekah Andreaccio serves as Regional Supervisor for NorthStar Management & Consulting, overseeing a portfolio of multifamily communities in the local area. With over a decade of experience in property management, she began her career as a leasing agent and advanced through multiple operational roles, gaining broad expertise across student housing, lease-ups, single-family, and multifamily management.


A licensed real estate professional in the state of Arizona, Bekah is dedicated to operational excellence, resident satisfaction, and the development of strong, motivated teams. Her leadership, industry knowledge, and results-driven approach contribute to NorthStar’s ongoing success and reputation for superior performance.

Cheree Hanamaikai

Regional Supervisor



Cheree Hanamaikai serves as a Regional Supervisor for NorthStar Management, bringing a wealth of experience in property management, real estate operations, and organizational leadership. A licensed real estate salesperson since 2016, Cheree has worked with several leading firms across Arizona, where she developed extensive expertise in financial budgeting, reporting, and team management.



Cheree excels in driving growth and increasing profitability across diverse markets in Tucson and Phoenix. She has a proven track record of achieving operational objectives, revitalizing underperforming assets, and implementing strategies that enhance overall performance. Known for her strong problem-solving skills, analytical insight, and adaptability to evolving market conditions.

President

At NorthStar, Ramona oversees operations of our apartment portfolio, with a focus on operational efficiency, resident satisfaction and maximizing property value, Her strong leadership and strategic insight have played an integral role in the growth of NorthStars' management portfolio and consistently exceeding client expectations.


Known for her passion for creating dynamic, thriving communities, Ramona brings a wealth of experience managing properties of all types — from Class A luxury assets to distressed communities — always with a commitment to excellence and integrity.



Angel Decker

Regional Supervisor


Angel Decker serves as Regional Supervisor for NorthStar Management, overseeing a portfolio of multifamily communities throughout the Tucson area. Since joining NorthStar in 2020, she has advanced through multiple leadership roles, demonstrating strong expertise in operations, financial management, and team development.


A licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Arizona, Angel brings more than a decade of experience in property management and a proven record of maintaining high occupancy levels, optimizing budgets, and enhancing resident satisfaction. Her organizational skills, analytical abilities, and results-driven approach contribute to NorthStar’s continued excellence and reputation for superior performance.

Mariah McCain

Regional Supervisor


Mariah McCain serves as Regional Supervisor for NorthStar Management & Consulting, bringing over a decade of leadership experience, with a strong focus on property management. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and has extensive experience in HUD, multifamily, and tax credit housing.


Originally from Minnesota, Mariah relocated to Arizona and joined NorthStar in 2024. She is passionate about leadership and team development, taking pride in fostering collaboration, growth, and operational excellence across her communities. Mariah’s commitment to performance and resident satisfaction supports NorthStar’s continued success and reputation for quality management.

Tom Wolff

Senior Vice President

Tom Wolff began his career with NorthStar in 2010, gaining comprehensive experience across all aspects of the company’s operations. After earning a degree in Economics from the University of Arizona, he joined NorthStar in a full-time capacity before expanding his expertise within the commercial real estate industry.

Tom spent three years with the Mark Forrester and Ric Holway brokerage team at Berkadia, followed by three years with the Charlie Williams mortgage banking team.

In 2020, he returned to NorthStar, where he currently provides consulting support in financial and operational analysis. Tom also oversees the development and management of NorthStar’s data analysis and marketing systems, contributing to the firm’s continued efficiency and strategic growth.

Amy Gutzwiller 

Regional Supervisor


Amy Gutzwiller serves as Regional Supervisor for NorthStar Management, bringing over 20 years of experience in multifamily and student housing management, showing strategic leadership, operational excellence, and commitment to maximizing asset performance.

Amy has successfully overseen large, multi-state portfolios, leading property operations, marketing initiatives, and capital improvement programs. She has a proven track record of stabilizing distressed assets, mentoring high-performing teams, and consistently exceeding leasing and NOI goals.

As a licensed real estate salesperson Amy’s expertise spans asset strategy, property operations, acquisitions, budgeting, and marketing optimization, including the implementation of advanced SEO and digital leasing strategies. Her leadership style emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and a focus on driving both resident satisfaction and owner value.

Clarissa Castelan

Accountant


Clarissa is an experienced accountant with a strong background in property management and real estate. At NorthStar Management and Consulting, she handles accounting for a diverse property portfolio, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and smooth financial operations.


With over a decade of combined experience in accounting and real estate, Clarissa has built a reputation for her attention to detail and commitment to helping both property owners and teams make informed financial decisions. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and is currently pursuing her MBA in Accounting at Southern New Hampshire University. Clarissa is also a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, skilled in using modern accounting tools to simplify complex financial processes.
