Stuart Wolff
CEO
Stuart Wolff founded NorthStar in 1993 and has strategically developed the company into one of Arizona’s premier property management firms.
Drawing upon his extensive background in real estate development and public accounting, Mr. Wolff provides the vision and financial acumen that drive NorthStar’s continued success. Under his leadership, the company has established a longstanding reputation for integrity, operational excellence, and superior performance on behalf of its clients.
Tom Wolff
President
Tom Wolff began his career with NorthStar in 2010, gaining comprehensive experience across all aspects of the company’s operations. After earning a degree in Economics from the University of Arizona, he joined NorthStar in a full-time capacity before expanding his expertise within the commercial real estate industry.
Tom spent three years with the Mark Forrester and Ric Holway brokerage team at Berkadia, followed by three years with the Charlie Williams mortgage banking team.
In 2020, he returned to NorthStar. Tom also oversees the development and management of NorthStar’s data analysis and marketing systems, contributing to the firm’s continued efficiency and strategic growth.
Cheree Hanamaikai

Cheree Hanamaikai serves as Senior Regional Supervisor for NorthStar Management & Consulting, Inc., bringing extensive experience in property management. She is dedicated to driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional results for property owners, residents, and stakeholders.
A licensed real estate salesperson since 2016, Cheree has built a successful career with leading organizations throughout Arizona, developing expertise in financial management, budgeting, reporting, team leadership, and strategic operations.
Throughout her career, Cheree has demonstrated a proven ability to increase revenue and improve operational efficiencies.

Amy Gutzwiller

Amy Gutzwiller serves as a Regional Supervisor for NorthStar Management & Consulting INC., bringing more than 20 years of experience in multifamily and student housing management.
Amy has successfully managed large, multi-state portfolios, overseeing property operations, marketing strategies and capital improvement projects.She is recognized for her ability to stabilize underperforming assets, drive occupancy growth and improve resident satisfaction.
As a licensed real estate salesperson, Amy combines hands-on operational expertise with a strategic approach to asset management, acquisitions, budgeting, and business development. She is also experienced in leveraging digital marketing, SEO, and technology-driven leasing solutions to enhance property performance.

Georgia Trent serves as a Regional Supervisor for NorthStar Management & Consulting, Inc., bringing extensive experience in multifamily property management and operations. She is dedicated to creating well-managed communities where residents feel valued, team members are supported, and ownership objectives are achieved through exceptional service and operational excellence.
Throughout her career, Georgia has successfully overseen multi-site property operations, providing leadership in team development, resident relations, leasing strategy, and reputation management. She has guided communities through periods of growth, transition, renovation.
Georgia is committed to fostering trust among residents, team members, vendors, and ownership groups through clear communication, responsiveness, and consistent follow-through.
Richard Hermes

Richard Hermes serves as Regional Supervisor for NorthStar Management & Consulting, Inc., providing strategic leadership and operational oversight for a diverse portfolio of multifamily communities.
With more than 15 years of experience in property management, marketing, and operations, Richard has established a reputation for delivering measurable results.
Richard holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with concentrations in Management and Accounting. Combining financial acumen with extensive multifamily operational experience, he partners closely with ownership groups, site leadership teams, and corporate stakeholders to maximize performance, strengthen organizational culture, and position communities for continued growth and success.

Business Coordinator
Business Coordinator
Your tech savvy realtor & transaction coordinator, Erin combines real estate expertise, modern technology & sales strategy to deliver an elite network platform for exceptional client service.
Erin previously worked in the #1 office in Beverly Hills on a team producing over $100 million in luxury home sales annually. Here she spent years developing relationships with leading luxury brokers around the world & building a rapport with her listing audience. She also coordinated transactions for LAUSD’s $27+ billion Bond Program aimed at acquiring land for schools, conducting site selection & contract facilitation for newly acquired campuses, coordinating modernization and redevelopment efforts across commercial & residential properties.
Erin gained experience with both technology & sales by working as a system architect, sales engineer, & program manager for leading companies such as Sony PlayStation, Thompson Reuter’s ELITE, Aderant & Sharp Electronics USA.
An Arizona native & proud Wildcat, Erin graduated from The University of Arizona in Tucson with a bachelor's degree in business communication. She believes when it comes to your dreams of building a better future for the next generation… Bear Down!!!

Accountant
Clarissa is an experienced accountant with a strong background in property management and real estate. At NorthStar Management and Consulting, she handles accounting for a diverse property portfolio, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and smooth financial operations.
With over a decade of combined experience in accounting and real estate, Clarissa has built a reputation for her attention to detail and commitment to helping both property owners and teams make informed financial decisions. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and is currently pursuing her MBA in Accounting at Southern New Hampshire University. Clarissa is also a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, skilled in using modern accounting tools to simplify complex financial processes.
Heidi Guagliardo
Accountant
Heidi is an experienced accountant specializing in financial record-keeping for property management. Originally from Chicago, she joined the Northstar team in 2018 and holds a bachelor's in business administration and a master's in marketing, giving her a strong understanding of how solid financial management supports broader business goals.
She manages multi-property accounting with precision, preparing clear financial reports that help owners and investors make informed decisions. Known for her attention to detail, organization, and responsiveness, Heidi ensures clients receive timely, accurate information to support smooth operations.
