Stuart Wolff
CEO
Mr. Wolff founded NorthStar in 1993 and has built NorthStar into one of the premier management companies in Arizona. Leveraging his experience in development and public accounting, Mr. Wolff is able to help NorthStar provide a superior level of performance for NorthStar's clients.
Ramona Meyer
President
Ramona assumed an oversight role of NorthStar's entire apartment portfolio beginning in 2011. Prior to NorthStar, she had 19 years cumulative experience in the Property Management field including 10 years at a class A highrise Apartment Community in Michigan. She has participated in condominium conversions which led to her opening and operating her own real estate company in Michigan for three years as an Owner/Broker.
Tom Wolff
Senior Vice President
Starting in 2010, Tom learned all components of the company from the bottom up. After earning his degree in Economics from the University of Arizona, he began working for NorthStar in a full-time capacity. After spending 3 years with the Mark Forrester/Ric Holway Berkadia brokerage team and 3 years with the Charlie Williams Berkadia mortgage banking team, Tom returned to NorthStar in 2020. Tom currently consults with financial and operational analysis needs and is also involved in the supervision of NorthStar's data analysis and marketing tools.
