Our units include large closets, a private patio/balcony, and vinyl wood flooring throughout common areas with carpet in the bedrooms. Kitchens are equipped with a refrigerator, oven/range, garbage disposal, and plenty of room to make your favorite meals! You can choose 8 weeks free on a twelve month lease, or you can reduce your monthly payments by $166.50 (by spreading the 8 weeks out over twelve months.) You also have the option to rent with all utilities included - just one payment a month to cover your electric, water, sewer, and trash!
